Job Description:

As a Site Foreman/Supervisor at Bondright Roofing, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing small roofing jobs from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise small roofing works on-site.

Manage and schedule roofing crews and subcontractors.

Monitor works progress and ensure it aligns with established timelines and practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in roofing or construction supervision welcome.

Knowledge of building materials, techniques, and safety practices welcome.

A “can do, basic common sense” attitude welcome.

Valid driver's license.

We undertake work in the Thames Valley and beyond.

Essential skills and experience required for this role:

• Previous experience in the building/roofing industry welcome.

• Common Sense and Flexibility

• Team working skills

• Must be driven to achieve.

Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm approximately variable as job requires
