Expectations
From point of contact we aim to have an assessor booked to visit within 5 working days with early evening and weekend appointments available if required.
You would expect to receive your quotation by email and/or post within 5 days of our visit. Our lead time is 4-6 weeks from date of acceptance, unless your requirements are urgent.
A deposit is required for works over the value of £1000. Final invoices are raised after completion of works and are payable within 7 days.
